Want to give your children a head start on lifelong fitness — and cut their risk of being overweight?
All classes emphasize socialization, teamwork & individual achievement. Children will learn age appropriate games. Sports will include: basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, & track and field events. Classes are 30 minutes long, for 12 weeks.

Toddlers: Children will learn sports designed to develop (cooridnated movements of large muscle groups) & fine motor skills (smaller actions like grasping)

Preschoolers: Our preschool program is designed to keep their gross motor energy engaged, while cultivating fine motor skills.

Kindergarteners: Will begin to master hand and eye coordination. The goal of each child is to learn to change movement patterns and adapt thier skills from one sport to another.
