Yoga is a great way for youths to exercise and learn the way their body works. They learn about the importance of stretching and conditioning their bodies and how it helps them lead healthy lifestyles.

Classes are about 25 minutes long for 12 weeks

2-4 yr olds
Yoga comes to life in these fun and creative classes designed to stimulate a young child's growing curiosity. Playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques, we'll spark the child's inner yogini while enhancing language development, motor coordination and play skills. Classes are an equal balance between active & passive poses.

5-7 yr olds
Cooperative games and theme activities engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of the 5, 6 and 7 year old child. Classes explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness.

Our classes are designed based on the interests, energies and developmental stages of children are unique and sometimes develop at their own pace. We are always open to working with you to create a yoga program for your child's individual needs.
